1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using earthalchemyorganics.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

2. About Our Products

Earth Alchemy Organics sells handcrafted herbal tea blends and tinctures. Our products are intended for general wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any herbal product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have an existing health condition.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US dollars.

  • We accept payment via credit/debit card, Google Pay, Klarna, and PayPal. Transactions are processed securely through Squarespace Payments and third-party payment providers.

  • By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use that payment method.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Local pickup is available for customers in the Vancouver, Washington area. Pickup details will be communicated after your order is placed.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our herbal products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once purchased.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at earthalchemyorganics@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to resolve it as appropriate.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

This policy of non-refundables and exchanges includes:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Orders placed accidentally or in error

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
